- Thyroid medications .
- Some diet pills.
- Some cold remedies.
Caffeine, cocaine, alcohol, and tobacco products can also cause or worsen symptoms.
The stress does not cause serious problems, but the trigger because it reduces the immune system of the body , and as the vulnerability of the person, there may be symptoms and diseases such as:

- Digestive problems;
- Body pain;
- Infections ;
- Ulcer ;
- Vitiligo ;
- Herpes ;
- Panic attacks;
- Among others.
Knowing that stress is an impaired health condition, it should be treated as soon as possible to avoid the consequences. Treatment of Stress involves psychotherapy and in some cases the administration of psychotropic drugs.
Psychotherapy contributes to gradual relaxation and breathing techniques, as well as the alleviation of symptoms, the elaboration of emotions, the understanding of the circumstance in which the patient is inserted, the treatment of other correlated disorders, such as depression and anxiety.
