What is Jasmine:

The jasmine  is a medicinal plant, also known as Jasmine -yellow, jasmine -white or jasmine, widely used to reduce stress because of its calming effect.

Its scientific name is Jasminum officinale and can be purchased at health food stores, trade shows and handling pharmacies.


The properties of this plant include its aphrodisiac, antiseptic, soothing, emollient, rejuvenating, relaxing and invigorating action.

What it is for:

This plant is used to treat skin itching, headache, depression , muscle twitching and irritation.

Mode of use:

The used parts of this plant are its flower and essential oil, which serve to make creams, oils and tea.

Jasmine Tea: Place a sachet in one liter of boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes. Then remove the sachet and drink 3 cups a day.

No electric diffuser or flavoring: drip 2 drops and let the aroma spread into the room.

On bedding: Drip 3 or 4 droplets onto your bedding before going to sleep to calm and sleep, or to spice up life for two.

In creams: Add 5 drops of jasmine  essential oil in 60 grams of neutral base cream use as a massage cream.

In Aromatic Necklace: Drip 2 drops of jasmine essential oil on your aromatic necklace (or a cotton wad in a bag in your purse), use to calm your mind and attract positive thoughts.
