INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon and a half of  tea  from the dried leaves of Moringa ;

500ml of boiling water;

Honey  to taste;

Fresh ginger ;

Orange juice  to taste.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Add one and a half spoon of the dried Moringa leaves  to 500ml of boiling water.

Mix with a little Honey  and  Fresh Ginger and Orange Juice  to taste.

Shake the mixture vigorously for two minutes, place ice and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
