The Black Alder is a medicinal plant, also known as the Phyllula, Black Alder , hominy and millet, widely used for stomach problems and constipation.

Black alder tea: Place 2 g of bark in 250 ml of water and boil for 15 minutes. Then let stand for 2 hours and strain. Drink 1 cup before meals.
