Alerts that the body sends you
The human body is an incredible and complex machine. Although almost all people follow the same pattern, in regards to good health, each body has its own unique characteristics. This is why it is so important to go to the doctor when you feel bad.
Often, body alerts seem worrisome, but they are normal. Other times it is the opposite. If you know your body very well, it is easier to see when it tries to alert you that something is wrong, inside or out. Look at some of the most common signs for special attention.
1. Skin spots

Coughing occasionally, that mild cough is normal. But coughing every day is one of the alerts the body sends you. Cough is a common symptom of many health problems, from a cold to serious respiratory diseases that require research and treatment.
Learn to identify the types of cough and if it lasts more than 15 days, consult your doctor. In fact, if you don’t have the flu, cold or allergy, see your doctor at the end of the first week.
4. Back pain
Back pain can also occur for many reasons. It is one of the body’s alerts when you sleep poorly, when you are very tired, stressed or even when something goes wrong in the painful region.
If you feel an acute back pain, which appears suddenly and is like severe pain, it is a warning sign to seek medical attention. Keep in mind if this pain occurs more frequently during the day to inform your doctor and help you with the correct diagnosis.
5. Dizziness and dry mouth
Many times you should pay attention if you experience more than one type of symptom at a time. For example, feeling a little dizzy during the day and realizing that your mouth has become drier, even while you drink a lot of water, can be symptoms related to the same health problem, such as diabetes, high blood pressure or emotional overload.
6. Changes in bowel habits
It is normal for the intestine to function in a regulated manner, digesting food and eliminating feces, at least once a day. But each person has a unique regulation. Therefore, you should know what your normal bathroom time is, how many times a day and how your stools look. It may seem unpleasant, but only when you know what is normal in your body, can you identify an abnormal change.
When you suddenly discover that your abdominal area is very swollen, constipated or with diarrhea, it is one of the warnings that the body sends you. The causes are many, from stress to food poisoning or infection by parasites. Therefore, think about what you have eaten in recent days, if you have gone to different places, if you have drank water of doubtful origin or if you have other strange symptoms.
